- Taxticians relies entirely on the information you provide – we don’t verify it independently.
- Our responses are only valid if:
- They’re used in the exact context of the question asked.
- You’ve provided complete, accurate, and truthful information.
- Our advice only covers taxation matters under the relevant tax laws.
It does not cover legal, commercial, or regulatory issues beyond tax. - We base our advice on:
- The information you provide.
- Our understanding of the law.
- What is generally acceptable to the ATO or other tax authorities.
- Our advice is specific to the situation described.
It should not be applied more broadly or to different circumstances. - You are responsible for making any final decisions based on our advice, including whether and how to act on it.
- By submitting the form, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, complete, and reliable.
